Common questions.

Can staff clock in on their own phone?

Yes. Send them a join link. They clock in on their own device with GPS verification — they must be at the restaurant. Photo verification still applies.

What if someone forgets to clock out after their shift?

You'll see an open entry on the dashboard with a running clock. You can manually close it or remind them. It's obvious — you won't miss it.

Does it work for split shifts?

Yes. Staff clock out between shifts and clock in again when they return. Each shift shows as a separate entry with photos on both ends.

Can I export hours to my payroll provider?

Yes. Export any date range as CSV. Works with QuickBooks, Gusto, ADP, Toast Payroll, or any processor that accepts CSV.

My staff turns over constantly — is setup a pain?
