1. What ClockMeIn Does
ClockMeIn is a time-tracking service. Employees clock in and out using a PIN and optional photo capture. Administrators manage employees, review time entries, and export data.
2. Your Account
You sign in with your email address. When you create a company, you become its administrator. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for any activity that occurs under your account.
3. Your Data
- We store only the data needed to run the service: your email, employee names, PIN codes, time entries, and clock-in/out photos.
- We do not sell, share, or monetize your data beyond providing the service.
- When you delete your company or account, your data is removed.
4. Acceptable Use
Use ClockMeIn for its intended purpose: tracking employee time. Do not use the service for anything unlawful, or in a way that could damage, disable, or impair the service.
5. Service Availability
We aim to keep ClockMeIn available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, push updates, or experience outages. We will make reasonable efforts to minimize disruption.
6. Subscriptions & Payments
Certain features require a paid subscription. Billing is handled through Stripe. Subscription terms, pricing, and cancellation policies are presented at the time of purchase. You can cancel your subscription at any time from the Settings page.
7. Limitation of Liability
ClockMeIn is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we will notify you via email or an in-app notice. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
